Transformational Governance by Beth Gazley & Katha Kissman
How boards can achieve extraordinary change. Case studies are provided of organizations that have undergone an evaluation and reset of their governance models.
Managing In The Gray by Joeseph Badaracco
Often leaders are faced with decision making when there are no clear answers or an easily identified best way forward. Author Joseph Badaracco calls these situations gray areas. Managing In The Gray provides five timeless questions for resolving the toughest problems.
