Based on our initial discovery call, followed by a CORE Snapshot mini-assessment, we will have an online visit every two weeks to identify your priority issue and develop a measurable action plan for achieving your desired outcome.

Tier Two: Leadership Accelerator
Executives wanting an enhanced level of guidance are able to sign up for a six month coaching relationship that is structured to create a framework for professional and organizational success.
An initial discovery call will be accompanied by a CORE MAP in-depth assessment and evaluation. After priority challenges, needs, and desired outcomes are identified, a structured outline for this activity will be developed.
Online visits will be scheduled on a cadence of every three weeks to allow for
completion of assignment tasks.
This coaching experience will include development of a personal strategy plan for implementing priority actions that lead to measurable, sustainable success.

Tier Three: The Success Catalyst
This twelve month experience is designed so an executive benefits from a trusted advisor relationship that allows guidance for navigating individual improvement needs and crafting solutions for organizational challenges.
After an initial discovery call followed by a CORE MAP assessment exercise, a structured framework will be developed to provide a clear direction and objectives for the coaching relationship.
With online visits on an every three week schedule, executives will have an opportunity for guided self-reflection, and deeper engagement for resolving individual improvement needs that may be contributing to less than positive relationships with board members or staff. Assignment tasks that challenge thinking and provide professional development are included in this activity.
To provide continued support, a personal action plan for individual and organizational improvement will be developed.
In addition to a copy of my book, Stop The Nonprofit Board Blame Game and subscription to my Nonprofit Connection monthly newsletter, benefits include access to the Stop The Nonprofit Board Blame Game Online Course. The course is approved by ASAE for 5.5 hours of CAE credits and CFRE International for 5.5 hours of CFRE credit. Competition of the course may be submitted to ACCE for consideration for CCE credits.
